ABOUT ME
Here to Serve You
I am environmental activist with more than 25 years’ experience of strategic planning, resilience building, facilitation, project management and global campaigns.
I have worked Greenpeace International in a variety of roles in the US, East Asia, Africa, and Europe for over thirteen years. Currently I focus on organisational development working closely with Greenpeace offices senior leadership to deliver global impact. I have spent much of the past 5 years developing my practice on well-being and personal resilience.
I am a facilitator in the Work that Reconnects working to support those grappling with eco-anxiety and build resilience to face the ever changing landscape in our ‘new-normal’.
STRATEGIC AND CREATIVE FACILITATION
The Path to Success
I have years of experience planning and facilitating global strategy meetings, community skill shares, creative campaign design and corporate meetings. Depending on your needs we can work together to create the perfect meeting to build your organisational resilience.
ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Building Resilient Organisations
Organisational Development is a planned, systematic approach to improving organisational effectiveness – one that aligns strategy, people and processes. To achieve the desired goals of high performance and competitive advantage, organisations are often in the midst of significant change.
COACHING
Building your personal resilience
Resilience is the 'rubber ball' factor: the ability to bounce back in the event of adversity. Put simply, resilience is the ability to cope with and rise to the inevitable challenges, problems and set-backs you meet in the course of your life, and come back stronger from them.
